Getting started

Selling well is not the same as making money. CEONEQ brings together fees, ad spend, creator commission and your own costs, and tells you what you really keep. This guide takes you from sign-up to your own shop's profit.

Your first shop gets a 14-day Growth trial, no card needed (once per owner). After it, unless you choose a plan, you move to Free by yourself and nothing is charged.

1. Connect your TikTok Shop

A computer is easiest. Have the account you use for Seller Center ready.

  • Select Start free on the home or pricing page, then create your account.
  • Name your shop. The name is only used inside CEONEQ and can be changed later. Select Start free.
  • Open Integrations and select connect on the TikTok Shop row.
  • Sign in to TikTok, check that it is your shop, and allow access. If TikTok also asks about creator data, allow that too.
  • Back in CEONEQ you see that TikTok Shop is connected and the first sync has started.

The newest orders come first, then the system works back to 90 days, and from then on it updates every 15 minutes. The sync status table on Integrations shows when each kind of data last arrived.

You can also find CEONEQ in the TikTok Shop App Store and install it there. Back in CEONEQ, confirm that it is your shop.

2. Add your costs, and profit becomes real

TikTok does not know what you paid for your goods, so you tell CEONEQ. A product with no cost yet reads as incomplete instead of being counted as zero to flatter your profit.

  • Cost per unit: Profit → Product costs. The list of products sold without a cost shows what to fill in. If you buy from a VAT-registered supplier, enter the price before VAT.
  • Many products at once: Profit → Import & export. Upload a CSV with SKU, cost, currency and start date; you see what will change before you import.
  • Packaging and the shipping your shop pays: Profit → Packaging & shipping, per unit or per order.
  • VAT-registered shop: Profit → Targets, choose Registered, from and the date, and 7% output VAT is taken off for you. If you leave it, the shop is treated as not registered.

Nothing else to do: within about 15 minutes profit is recalculated for every order already synced. The first cost you enter applies back to the first synced order; a later change leaves past sales on the old cost.

3. Connect creators and ads, if your shop uses them

Creator commission and ad spend are often the largest costs you cannot see. Connect them on Integrations too.

  • Creator data (Creator Profit): profit per creator, per video and LIVE, sample requests and finding new creators, with 90 days of creator sales. It is CEONEQ's second app on TikTok, because TikTok keeps creator permissions in a separate category.
  • TikTok API for Business (Ads): profit after GMV Max spend per product. When you allow access, tick every permission including Store management, or ad accounts cannot be linked to your shop. TikTok may e-mail you a code first.

After connecting Ads, the ad accounts are fetched and linked to your shop by themselves. If nothing shows after a while, select Update ad accounts.

4. Check the figures against the money you received

Figures matter only if they match the money in your pocket. In the first 14 days, try these; you do not need all of them.

  • Add costs for at least your 10 best-selling products.
  • Payouts: pick 1–2 payouts in Seller Center's finance page and compare them with Profit → Settlement, which marks each record matched or mismatched with the difference.
  • Profit: Profit → Profit overview for the same period you calculate yourself in Excel or your books.
  • With Ads connected: compare GMV Max spend with TikTok Ads Manager for the same days.

Your shop's data

  • CEONEQ reads only what you allow; every permission is listed under each connection on Integrations.
  • It never touches prices, products or orders. Creator work, such as answering a sample request or sending a message, reaches TikTok only when you confirm it.
  • Disconnect at any time; access to your shop is discarded at once.
